  • On behalf of our Client we are looking for a professional Production director to heavy industry sector with excellent leadership skills.
  • To organize the activities of the ‘Production” department
  • To ensure the immediate feedback to all other involved departments of any existing or upcoming issues in production that could affect delivery, quality or productivity.
  • To manage and plan the availability of the workforce as closely as possible to the projected work loading ; to communicate all resource-issues to human resources ;
  • To ensure that the production operates according to the company standards in the area of quality, environment & health & safety.
  • To lead, sponsor and actively support change and improvement programs that affect the overall performance of the production organization.
  • To ensure the implementation of the outcome of process improvements, often led by methods, in the production workshops and to ensure that the projected performance improvement in terms of planning or budget is reached.

Pályázati feltételek:
  • Knowledge and experiences:
  • Master/bachelor degree in a technical discipline and several years high professional experience and further education
  • 5 years of high professional experience in the field of production management (heavy industry)
  • Experiences in handling of high fluctuating plant loading and overseen events
  • High knowledge and experience in effective placement of employees and principles of leadership
  • High knowledge in handling of the production budget, production schedule and quality requirements
  • Steering of the continuous information flow inside the production area
  • Knowledge and experience in modern effectiveness improvement methods (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Skills / Competencies:
